Lemon smoker chips give a spicy citrus smoke with a mild hint of fruit. This subtle scent is especially suitable for a delicate piece of white fish, but lemon smoker chips are also suited to smoking poultry and seafood.

The smoker chips are 100% natural.

Soak the smoke chips for several hours in water and allow to drain before use. Suitable for use in the Universal Smoker Box/smoker drawer or in a perforated tin foil bag directly on the glowing coals of your smoker.
