| Warranty process | Step 1: Customers can bring the product directly, call 0945.684 519, or send information via email at info@x-bbq.com to request warranty service, either for at-home repair (with a travel fee) or by delivering the product to the company.
Step 2: X-BBQ receives the product and performs the warranty service. Step 3: After completing the warranty service, X-BBQ will contact the customer to arrange a time and location for the return of the product. For at-home service, a travel fee will apply. |
