When you agree to use X-BBQ products provided, you can make payment to X-BBQ before or after receiving the product. There are 3 types of payment as follows:

  1. Online payment :

Customers can choose the form of online payment through the following methods:

  • Payment by domestic card: applied in case customers want to pay via Internet banking or online payment service
  • Payment by international card: applied in case customers choose to pay via international cards such as Visa, Master Card, … at banks.
  1. Transfer via bank account :

Customers who buy products transfer to the following X-BBQ representative account:

  1. Payment by cash :
In case the total payment value is under VND 20,000,000. Customers can choose to pay cash directly to X-BBQ’s sales staff.
 
Note : Customers only pay for employees of X-BBQ when there are sufficient documents: Letter of introduction of the company to receive cash or money receipt (stamped and clearly state the amount), identity card are included.
