Shipping arrangements for international clients are arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@x-bbq.com
We support to deliver to:
• Cambodia: in 2-3 days’ delivery to Phnom Penh by Truck Transportation Express service with payment in advance or COD (with collecting fee).
• Laos: in 5-6 days’ delivery to Vientiane by Truck Transportation Express service with payment in advance.
• Singapore: in 7-10 days’ delivery to Singapore by Ocean Freight transportation service with payment in advance.
During delivery, the shipment may be subject to the customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges of the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
Asset Protection
For international shipments, we will check the shipment cost, time, the delivery planned at country destination and confirm with customer before sending. When the product arrives at your country or planned destination, the Freight Forwarder will contact you for others local procedures or any others info (if needed) for sending the goods.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs either our shipper (Freight Forwarder-FF), or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. In some circumstances, FF is required to pay certain duties and taxes, in advance, on a customer’s behalf. For instance, FF may pay an advance fee when countries require that duties and taxes be paid prior to customs release or prior to certain items clearing customs. In these instances, FF will assess an Advancement Fee surcharge that will be billed to the party designated to pay duties and taxes.

Privacy
Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.
