Shipping methods & delivery times

We offer reliable shipping options tailored to each destination. Typical shipping methods include:

  • Truck Transportation Express (for nearby countries such as Cambodia, Laos, Thailand)

  • Ocean Freight or Air Freight (for other destinations such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore)

Delivery times vary by country and shipping method. We will confirm the estimated delivery time and shipping arrangements with you before dispatch.

50/50 shipping fee support 

To support our international customers, X-BBQ covers 50% of your international shipping fee. The remaining 50% will be calculated and confirmed with you in advance. We are committed to providing clear and transparent pricing before you complete your payment.

Order confirmation via WhatsApp

For all international orders, please provide your active WhatsApp number when placing your order. We will use this number to:

  • Confirm your order details

  • Share the final total amount (including product cost and your share of shipping)

  • Answer any questions

Once you approve the final total via WhatsApp, you can complete your payment securely via bank transfer or PayPal. After payment is confirmed, we will carefully pack your order and arrange shipping to your address.

Asset protection

For international shipments, we will verify shipping cost (including your 50% share), delivery schedule, and destination details with you in advance. When your shipment arrives in your country, our Freight Forwarder (FF) will contact you directly to help with any local procedures or to provide further information as needed.

Customs, duties and taxes

Please note that your shipment may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

When your order arrives at customs, our shipper (Freight Forwarder) or the customs office will contact you to arrange payment of any applicable charges. In some cases, the Freight Forwarder may pay certain duties and taxes in advance on your behalf, and a surcharge may be billed to you for this service.

We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for further details about expected customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

Privacy

International shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities. Information about your order, shipment, and the products contained therein may be shared with our shipping partners and customs authorities as required for customs clearance.
